She gave such valuable advice on which neighborhood was the right match for us, and helped negotiate a lease that worked for us. When that lease was up and we were ready to move on to another storefront in the same neighborhood, she was invaluable and called the moment she found an opening in a space that was exactly what we had hoped for. Molly has also managed all of my residential real estate needs in Newport. She helped me buy my first home, then sell it when I was ready to upgrade, and purchase my current home. My wife and I found buying and selling a house at the same time quite anxiety-inducing. At the time we were already working with someone else for buying a property in Massachusetts but turned to Rory and Molly to sell our property in Rhode Island. They jumped in with clever ideas without giving me the vibe that they were pushy sales people. They cared about how we felt during the process and were incredibly good communicators. Despite not being their problem on paper, they explained the process and crafted ideas for our buying side as well since at the time our buying realtor was kind of pushy and did not explain a lot. They have a tremendous understanding of property sales and all the inner workings it entails. Every step was dumbed down so that we could understand on the same level as we worked through all the paces.
