Customer's reviews
Molly and Rory are the absolute DYNAMIC DUO! I have been working with both of these amazing women since I started my small business FLEUR SOIREE in 2012 for my real estate leasing needs and they have ALWAYS come through for me. They are tireless in their pursuit of the PERFECT spot for their client. They completely understand the needs of their client and truly deliver!
I am extremely grateful for both of them!
I would absolutely recommend Kirby& Kirby-the BEST in Newport!

Kirby & Kirby is the very best in real estate in Newport. Molly and Rory are so thoughtful when placing businesses in town, making sure the fit is right for the business owner, customers, and the neighborhood.
Molly found the first brick and mortar storefront for my small business. She gave such valuable advice on which neighborhood was the right match for us, and helped negotiate a lease that worked for us. When that lease was up and we were ready to move on to another storefront in the same neighborhood, she was invaluable and called the moment she found an opening in a space that was exactly what we had hoped for.
Molly has also managed all of my residential real estate needs in Newport. She helped me buy my first home, then sell it when I was ready to upgrade, and purchase my current home.
Whether working on residential or commercial, Kirby & Kirby focuses on making the right match for everyone involved. You can be confident that you have every resource of knowledge, local connections, and integrity when they represent you.

Molly has been absolutely fantastic as a commercial agent. We've used her for 3 different spaces on the island. Every time we have worked with her, she has been professional and knowledgeable. She knows the commercial real estate landscape better than anyone on the island. She has had our best interest in mind & is always looking out for us. If you're looking to do any real estate transaction, hands down go with Molly and Kirby & Kirby.
